Maintenance
The fertile and sunny climate of Ibiza is great, but also means that your home, garden, and/or swimming pool require a lot of maintenance. IBIZA Building can assist you with maintenance in and around your Ibiza home. This can be done on an ad-hoc or contract basis.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
General maintenance ensures that your property remains in good condition and in a representative state. Painting, plastering, electrics, and plumbing work are all included in our general maintenance.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Most villas on Ibiza have a large lot, which requires sufficient maintenance. IBIZA Building works together with Pedro Gago gardening company. This family business has been involved in the maintenance of gardens in Ibiza for 20 years.
POOL MAINTENANCE
IBIZA Building is your partner when it comes to the construction of your swimming pool, as well as providing maintenance throughout the year. We work together with swimming pool expert Jordi Blasco Barrero.
CLEANING SERVICES
